Agreement to Terms

By making a reservation or staying at Lale Saray Hotel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Reservations and Bookings

When making a reservation:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking or upon check-in, as specified in your reservation confirmation. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during the booking process. All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by rate type and booking conditions. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for detailed information. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property, excessive cleaning fees, or loss of hotel property during their stay. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Pets are allowed only in designated areas with prior approval.

Limitation of Liability

Lale Saray Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. We recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
