Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER (Consumer)

The natural or legal person who approves this agreement by making a reservation and declares their personal information in the reservation form.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of accommodation services ordered electronically by the BUYER through the website www.lalesarayhotel.com owned by the SELLER, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service Description

The basic features of the accommodation service subject to sale are as follows:

  • Accommodation Type: Hotel accommodation service (room and breakfast included/excluded options available)
  • Room Types: Standard Room, Deluxe Lake View Room, Family Suite, Executive Suite, Honeymoon Suite, Presidential Suite
  • Duration of Stay: The period between the check-in and check-out dates specified during reservation
  • Room Capacity: Maximum number of guests specified for each room type
  • Additional Services: Spa, restaurant, room service and other hotel facilities (may be subject to additional charges)

4. Price and Payment Terms

The price and payment terms for accommodation services are as follows:

  • The total accommodation price is calculated during reservation based on the selected room type, duration of stay, and additional services, and is shown to the BUYER
  • All prices include VAT. Additional taxes and fees (if any) are stated separately
  • Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer
  • Online payments are processed through SSL-encrypted secure payment infrastructure

5. Reservation Confirmation and Service Delivery

The reservation is finalized with the confirmation message sent to the BUYER's email address after successful completion of payment. The confirmation message includes the reservation number, accommodation details, and cancellation conditions.

Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM - Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Buyer's Obligations

The BUYER accepts and undertakes the following:

  • That the information provided during reservation is accurate and complete
  • To present a valid ID document (Turkish ID or Passport) at check-in
  • To comply with hotel rules and the laws of the Republic of Turkey
  • That they are responsible for any damage to hotel property during the stay

7. Seller's Obligations

The SELLER accepts and undertakes the following:

  • To provide the service specified in the reservation completely and on time
  • To maintain service quality at the standards specified on the website
  • To protect the BUYER's personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698

8. Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 53/ğ of Law No. 6502, consumers do not have the right of withdrawal for accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or period.

Important: Accommodation services are exempt from the right of withdrawal in distance contracts.

However, the SELLER, prioritizing guest satisfaction, offers free cancellation and refund options under the conditions specified on the Cancellation Policy page. The provisions of the Cancellation Policy apply to cancellations made after the free cancellation period.

9. Force Majeure

Natural disasters, war, terror, epidemics, legal changes, and similar unforeseeable events beyond the control of the parties are considered force majeure. In case of force majeure, the parties cannot be held responsible for not fulfilling their obligations. In this case, the BUYER is offered a new date or a full refund.

10. Dispute Resolution

The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to disputes that may arise from this agreement.

In case of dispute, Sakarya Courts and Execution Offices are authorized. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts may be applied for consumer complaints. Visit the Ministry of Trade website for current monetary limits.

11. Agreement Acceptance

The BUYER has electronically confirmed that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement and the Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Payment Policy documents.

By completing your reservation, you are deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement.
