General Cancellation Policy

At Lale Saray Hotel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our hotel. The specific cancellation terms depend on your rate type and booking conditions.

Free Cancellation

Most of our bookings offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Late Cancellation and No-Show

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows will be subject to the following charges:

• First night's accommodation charge
• Additional fees as specified in your booking confirmation
• No refund will be provided for no-shows

Non-Refundable Rates

Some special offers and promotional rates are non-refundable. These will be clearly marked during the booking process. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified, and no refund will be provided.

Group Bookings

Group bookings (5 or more rooms) have different cancellation policies. Please contact us directly for group booking terms and conditions. Group cancellations may require 7-14 days notice.

Refund Processing
