Lale Saray Hotel accepts the following payment methods: major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments at the hotel. All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, iyzico.

Payment Timing

Payment is typically required at the time of booking for online reservations. For some rate types, you may be able to pay upon arrival. The payment terms will be clearly stated during the booking process and in your confirmation email.

All prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise specified. Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Currency conversion rates are provided for reference only and may vary.

Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize Lale Saray Hotel to charge the payment method for the total amount of your reservation, including room charges, taxes, fees, and any additional services you may request.

Failed Payments

If your payment fails, we will attempt to contact you using the contact information provided. Your reservation may be cancelled if payment cannot be processed. Please ensure your payment method has sufficient funds and is valid.

Refunds

Refunds, when applicable according to our Cancellation Policy, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
